Hello sir/madam I am 21 years old my first day of last period is 20 july with 4 day late but today is 1 sep and my period is not come I have intercourse for 2 min in 10 aug with bf but not ejaculate inside vagina and I have already done a urine pregnancy test on 31 aug morning and result is negative. I am worry about it. I consulted gynoco. And they suggest to take meprate for five days in two times and yesterday was completed my dose and today I haven't got my period. And today morning i.e 4 sep I also do a urine pregnancy test and results is negative. What's the problem for not getting period I have already do 4 times urine pregnancy test and results are negative. Please help me sir/ madam what can I do I am very scared about it. Note- I have fewer and body pain in last month from 1 to 5 aug and I take paracetamol tab and pain reliever tab for recovery and I have also low hemoglobin level i.e 9.70 g/dl. Is it any reason for late period due to low hemoglobin.

Hello. Since you have done pregnancy test and it's negative, so don't worry. You have already taken progesterone (meprate) for withdrawal bleeding. Withdrawal bleeding usually occurs after 48 to 72 hours though sometimes it may be delayed upto 7 to 10 days. Wait for few more days your periods will come. You also need to do the following investigations for irregular periods: usg lower abdomen blood for cbc, sugar, tsh and prolactin.
