How to decrease laziness? 5 months back I used to work out at gym daily and was very active but now due to shortage of time I couldn't continue workout and eating more rice, as a result I'm increasing body fat and lots of laziness too. I stay in hostel now, and for one years I have to stay in hostel. Before it becoming worse Please help me docs. Thanks.

Hi lybrate-user, you should add some healthy snacks in your diet like roasted chana or roasted makhana, eat at least 2-3 whole fruits in a day and add some protein rich food in your diet, like pulses, soya bean, lentils, beans, etc. If you eat eggs, then you can also include them too. Eat less rice, for that you can take 2 bowl of dal, or a vegetable so that you feel full And if you cannot go to gym due to less time, go for a walk or jogg for at least 45 minutes to an hour, or use stairs as much as possible and walk. There are many apps for exercises also Youtube channels, like fitnessblender, bowflex fitness where you can find exercises. Aim to eat more salad and dal instead of eating more rice. Only one fourth of your meal should be rice. Stay fit bit by bit.
