Hi doc! I'm from kenya! I have this premature ejaculation problem since few years I'm 20 I watched allot of porn n got addicted and everything got spoilt I took medicine from family doctor as well but didn't help I tried herbal as well, It has reached to a stage that I can cum even if my partner sits on my lap, I feel my bones have gone really weak n I'm tired of this humiliation, is there any medication to stop it permanent and I did try the exercise for the pc muscle which I have to conjunction the muscle in between the testicle and the butthole it didn't help either I did it for few days, feedback would be really appreciated.

Dear lybrate-user, -To build stamina & to remain active throughout the day follow some lifestyle measures: - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk and milk products, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas and nuts like almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, have healthy fats as in fish, olive & canola oil for cooking, avocados, nuts and flaxseeds - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper hydration - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, pushups, pullups, crunches, squats & moderate weight lifting for 15-20 min twice a week to build your muscles and to increase your stamina - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night to get up refreshed the next day & be active throughout the day - check your blood hemoglobin sugar and thyroid hormone, vit b12 & d levels.

You might have antibiotics induced weakness. Use following tab after confirming Tab. ATOZ Twice a day.

Your diet play important role for formation of gastritis, change your diet habit avoid masaledar oily food, alcohol intake, tea,coffee etc. Dahi or mattha, hing,ajwain must incude in your diet, daily stomach related exercise is needed to tone abdomen like cobra posture, dhanurasan etc consult in chat box for more details.

Hello doctor. I think I have sleep apnea disses. When I am wake up I feel heavy. And other all low feel low energy. And find space of sleeping. After that when im come from work 6 pm feel too much fatigue and get 1 or 2 hour of sleeping nap. And that case at night problem of insomnia. Please help.
