1.Breathlessness 2.can not expand lungs to take deep breath 3. I think it's due to physical weakness which had been caused because of excessive and profuse urination. 4.no alcohol or smoking, no asthma, no cough or cold, no pain 5.sometimes I feel congestion in chest due to which I can not take deep breath.

Hi I am 29 years old girl from Delhi. I'm suffering from light headache specially in central part and in temples of both side of head and having floating like feeling swinging like feeling head spin. Syomtom got worsen in evening and in night. I can't handle my body balance. Changing side in bed and in sitting give me headache and head spin it's not actually vertigo BT my head spin most of the time. Raise my head and eyes also give me head spin. Weakness is very much and anxiety also der. Can't sleep in night properly. Tried eyes when headache help me. Anyone suggest something. I'm bounded in my home.

Hi If your getting nausea or vomiting along with headache then probably you have migraine. U can start amytryptiline 5 mg after dinner along with naproxen 500 mg whenever you have headache. Drink plenty of water, do regular exercises and avoid skipping meals and 7-8 hours of sound sleep is must.

Include various shakes and smoothies, dry fruits and nuts, ghee and other healthy fats, multigrain or whole wheat bread, cheese to your diet. Eat more potatoes, rice and bananas. You can also try peanut butter or other nut butters. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non-veg, eat it more often. If not then have paneer, chickpeas, dals and other beans and lentils.
