Body Weakness Questions

My uncle has a weakness problem everything when he eats food he gets like exhaustion, fatigue, in stomach suddenly is this can be cured or can you please suggest some tablets for that.

What is his age?Since when is he having this?What r other symptoms that he is experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?How is his appetite?Is he constipated or having loose stools? Any problem in urine?I need details of the case. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of plain water first thing in the morning 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 11. Take 1tsp of ghee in bfast, lunch n dinner. Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gym etc. Till lock down do suryanamaskar. . Be for more details, you can consult me.

I am feeling my right arm and right leg little weak from last year, its come and go, sometimes low feeling of touch. My physical activities are almost normal, but doing fine task (like writing) is little difficult.

Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. You must be having mineral or calcium deficiency that is one reason to feel very rigid or stiff in that area. Hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain. Keep ice in the area where you have pain.

To break that fatigue it is advisable to drink or eat protein and mineral food which would be a reservoir for you to store the energy. You should concentrate more on strengthening exercises. And take more protein containing diets. To improve the biceps you have to do dumb bells using the weight starting with 1 kg until 5-7 kilos which will help you to have good biceps bulk you can go join a gym and learn the exercises which all help you to built your muscle tone .if possible try to get advice from a personal trainer in gym. You should concentrate more on strengthening exercises. And take more protein containing diets. You can take nutrilite protein powder from amway company which is too good for you to improve the muscle mass in the body.

I am 29 year old male and I am going through weakness since 3 yrs. I am unable to do any exercise as I start feeling weakness even with thinking of doing exercise. My energy level remains extremely low. If I try to eat more I loose digestion.

Get her thyroid and blood sugars checked checked. Weakness is a common symptom at this age for these common conditions.
