My Name is Ns I have a big problem form a few days. I am physical fit. And morning I am doing running and exercise. But the problem are more more exceed. My problem is in night my sperm (night fall) outside automatically .pllzzz what can I do. Plzz inform me after a 3 or 4 days regularly. I am feeling weakness in my body.

Hello Nightfall is normal Its not a sickness It does not cause weakness You need to relax Do not worry Body produces semen everyday. It has to come out either by sex or Masturbation or nightfall. Its like water tank is full, so excess water comes out.

Hello, according to your height, your weight should be around 75 kg. To gain weight, you should eat every 2-3 hours. Have 6 -7 meals in a day with healthy and high calorie foods. Include milkshakes, cheese sandwiches, paneer or aloo parathas in your breakfast. Lunch and dinner should be 3 - 4 chapatis with vegetable, rice and dal. Add a sweetdish after meals.
