Hiii. Harshit here i'm 21 year old. I am feeling soo tiredness since past 2-3 weeks. My energy level has gone at 0 level. I feel weakness all time. I lost my enthusiasm completely. And after trying everything for weight gaining including with diet plans and exercise but still I am not able to gain my weight. I am in under weight. So is it genetically because my mother is too thin and me too and if it is than could it is possible for me to gain weight and if it is possible than how can I gain my weight? Get your thyroid profile and cbc from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gym etc.For more details, you can consult me.

Hello, My heart beats very hard and fast 95-105 / minute. I find very difficult to sleep as while lying on the bed it feels like someone beating so hard from inside. My cbc, ecg, c-xray, bp, tsh, sugar, urine, cholesterol all normal. In the past I had b12 and d3 deficiency. The deficiency is corrected but still I feel weakness and fast heart beating. What can be the reason behind it. Can I have b1, b6,b9 or zinc deficiency too which is causing this. Someone please help me out of it. Its happening me since 1 year.

It can be because of stress. But I need details of the case. Try to relax yourself -- exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Hi, Some 4 years back I used to study till 4 am and sleep only 4 hours. After I discontinued the routine, I have been facing severe mental issues. If I don't sleep by 9 pm, the next day my mind literally doesn't work. I feel dizzy the whole time. I even have memory issues now. I don't remember things very well. You need to stop the consumption of alcohol. Try this1. Deep breathing— take deep breaths and hold your breath for 5 second between each inhalation and exhalation. 2. Squeeze method— to do this, squeeze the head of the penis when you are at the brink of your orgasm. 3. Stop and start method— once you are close to your orgasm, stop the simulation. Relax and then continue till the end. Repeat the process for a few weeks and then you will become efficient in delaying your ejaculation. 4. Kegel exercises these exercises are aimed to help you gain better control over the muscles below your bladder. They strengthen your pelvic region, particularly creating strong pubococcygeus muscle. These are hammock shaped muscles that stretch from your pubic bone to tailbone, important for genital functioning. 6 months ago I was diagnosed with vit d deficiency as I had chronic back bone and muscle pain. I was recovering well. But now I have again started feeling symptoms. But my latest blood test report says that now I have vit d and calcium sufficient in body. Feeling weakness and spasm in muscles. On advice of a orthopedics I took vit b and vit e tablets. That made me feel better only for 2 days, now again i'm feeling muscular spasm.
