Green tea is helpful in weight reduction but alone it won't work regular exercise and diet control is must green tea contains alkaloids which keeps our circulation good should not be taken more than 2 cups a day.

Dear take salads and soup to control ur hunger and drink water after every 80 mins. work out daily. Try the remedies below with gym they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. Dear Lybrateuser, - To increase your weight you have to increase your muscle mass by having a well balanced & protein rich diet - have fruits & vegetables, protein rich foods like eggs, non veg, milk & milk products like paneer, yogurt, cheese, butter milk, have whole grains, healthy fats, beans, pulses, nuts - do jogging, swimming, play games for 20-30 min, also do moderate weight lifting at least twice a week, also do pushups, pull ups to strengthen the upper body - have 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration.

Dear, in case of fever * take full rest & do not do any work at all. *drink only luke warm water all the day. * cover your whole body so that it cause sweating and lower down fever fast. *do not take any antibiotic without consulting physician. * take 5 leaves of tulsi and small piece of ginger. Crush them & boil in a glass of waterfor 2-3 minutes. Drink it twice a day to treat the fever. * if the fever do not lower down after taking crocin, then put the cloth/ bandage soaked in tap water and put on forehead and change it after 2-3 minutes. Do that until the temprature lower down. Do not use ice cold water for this. *eat only light and easy digested food only. Avoid fried foods, meat, eggs, cheese. *if the fever do not lower down even after 3 days, then go to nearest hospital and test the blood for malaria, typhoid, dengue and viral fever only under the guidance of doctor. Avoid from sudden change in temperature. Do not stay in air condition, wear full sleeve clothes and cover your body on rest.

Since last one year I am having physical weakness & pain in body regularly. Even problem in sex life too.what can be done

Dear, the most common causes of weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Takeiron suppliments for increase in hb. If your hb level is normal then your all parts of body get adequate level of oxygen. 2. Take deep breaths atleast for 10-15 minutes twice a day. 3. Check out the blood sugar fasting in every 6 months. If blood sugar level, then take proper medicines for high sugar level. 4. In thyroid disorder, there is a feeling of weakness and tiredness. Check out your thyroid profile, if you feel tired even after the proper deit and medicines and take treatment. 5. In the morning, do medication regulary, do pranayam atleast for 5 -10 minute. It will make your hormones level normal.

Hello, liberate user, it seems the person concerned is suffering from respiratory disorder with difficiency of vit'D. He/ she tk, lukewarm water. Inhale steam twice. Diet should be easily digestible. Diabetes is a non communicable chronic metsbolic disease. Increase thirst, increased frequency of urination are some initial symptoms of diabetes but it can vary from being completely asymptomatic to non specific symptoms like weakness, loss of weight, tingling in feet, dry mouth, blurry vision, burning during urination. You need to follow a healthy lifestyle to prevent such metabolic diseases. Type 1 usually occurs at younger age due to insulin deficiency and treated with insulin injections. It can't be cured completely but you can keep it controlled by taking these precautions.

Make sure you plan your routine properly. Sleep helps to consolidate memory and for prompt recall during stressful condition (exams for instance) sound sleep of 7-8 hours is essential. So 8 hours sleep, 10 hours study will leave 6 hours for other activity. So plan accordingly. And make the habit of writing whatever you have read/ are reading. Being involved will reduce chances of falling sleep.
