I'm having continuous nightfall since 1 year. I was masturbating almost everyday before but I have decreased it to the minimum level like once per month. And suddenly I got abdomen pain and constipation and one day I had dark stool, I did stool test and the occult blood was there. The urine report was also normal, but the ultrasound report was also normal And I have acute gastric problem. I think all it happen because of nightfall And masturbation. And my stomach gets upset almost everyday. I do feel weak and my weight is losing my weight lost was from 64 to 56 kg. I don't eat any oily or junk food too and my diet food is quite good. please explain all these problem and give solutions.

आंत हमारे शरीर का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा हैं. हम जो भी खाते हैं वो पचने के बाद हमारे आंतों से होकर ही गुजरता है. हमारे पचे हुए भोजन का अंतिम हिस्सा आंत में अवशिष्ट पदार्थ के रूप में तब तक जमा रहता हैं जब तक उसे मल के रूप में शरीर से निकाल नहीं दिया जाता. यही कारण है कि आंतों का स्‍वस्‍थ होना बेहद आवश्यक है. अब तक आप ये समझ ही चुके होंगे कि हमारे शरीर में आंत आहार नली का ही एक भाग है जो कि पेट से गुदा तक फैली होती है. इसलिए इसके अस्‍वस्‍थ होने का सीधा असर हमारे स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य पर पड़ता है. आँतों को स्वस्थ रखने के लिए आइए इस लेख के माध्यम से आँतों की कमजोरी को दूर करने के कुछ तरीकों को जानें.

क्या है इसके कमजोरी का कारण?

जो व्यक्ति अपने दिनचर्या में सुस्ती भरा जीवन व्यतीत करता है उसके आंत के खराब होने की संभावना अधिक रहती है. लेकिन यदि आप नियमित रूप से योग व व्यायाम करेंगे तो आपके पाचनतंत्र की समस्या आपसे मीलों दूर रहती है. कुछ समय के लिए शाम और सुबह टहलना बेहद फायदेमंद होता है. आंतों को दुरुस्‍त रखने के लिए कम से कम 20 मिनट हर दिन किसी जोरदार तरीके को चुनकर

पानी की पर्याप्त मात्रा

अगर आप फाइबर की अधिक मात्रा में लेते हैं, और इसके साथ पर्याप्‍त पानी नहीं पीते हैं तो आपकी आंतों को नुकसान हो सकता है. इसलिए इन स्‍वस्‍थ अनाज और सब्जियों के साथ पानी की उचित मात्रा लेना कभी नहीं भूलना चाहिए.

नियमित रूप से खाओ, लेकिन लगातार नहीं

Doctor sahib, I am suffering from chronic digestive problems since 30 years along with Sinus. Earlier it was constipation but later all type of digestive problems started. Later in 2002 I developed cholesterol problems. In 2010 BP and in 2015 prostate enlargement also. Since beginning tried all type of medicines. Allopathy Homeopathy Ayurvedic naturopathy and Yoga. Trying to take only prescribed food. I have been to Ramdeos Yogashram and Jindal naturopathy Institute Bangalore. Got done all types of tests. All factors are around limits but VIT D and B12 remains low in spite of taking medicines. Now taking medicines for BP, cholesterol and prostate as they have become compulsory to keep things under control. My digestive system has collapsed. Any type of medicine not working for digestive system. Hepatic Cysts are found in kidney and liver. Always loose type motion but constipated. Have to Take some hot beverage for making pressure. I don’t drink or smoke. Try to take good food but appetite is very low. With this I feel like half sleepy. No concentration. Feels on walking as may fall. Uneasy ness prevails. Nerves tightens. Even while sitting feels like collapsing. Shown many neurologist and ENT specialist but no use. If taking medicines for stomach, it becomes more loose. Intestines sometimes feel like weak from in side. Takes no milk spices and oil. Have to go for toilet 2 to 3 time in morning and once in evening. Sometimes in afternoon also. Can’t take more than one roti at breakfast lunch or dinner. Go for walking but due to feel like falling don’t go far. Please advice.
