Hi, I wish to discuss the right diet plan using the ketogenic diet, through which I wish to achieve the following: 1. Loose body fat (Get abs) 2. Gain muscle through protein I've started gaining about a week, so I would like to know what healthy protein supplements I can use to gain muscle mass, and how it should be used. (Before/during/after the gym? Whey protein) My body weight: 79 Kg Height: 5'9'(1.74m) I wish to achieve the target in two months from today, which is why I wish to use the ketogenic diet.
