Yes, best to start body building when your primary growth stops. Then you can work on secondary growth ie. Body buiding. Primary growth means till 16 years your bone size increases & you also will gain height. So, it best to start exercise after 16 or 17 years tc.

No need to take liv 52. Also what supplements are you taking. What exercises are you doing in gym, for how much time n how many days a week. Take any seasonal fruit 15-20 mins before starting exercises. And take a banana n whey protein within 10 mins of finishing your exercises. You need to take whey protein (by whatever name it comes). But it should contain 80% whey protein in it. E.g. For 30 gms it should have atleast 24 grams (80%) of protein.) use it only on the day you gym (within 10 mins of exercise). Dose is 30gms.
