Cabbage and cauliflower are not to use. Please take tata iodised salt in unripe form (kacha) in salad and fruits. Please keep salt away from warm places in tight cap bottles. Try for 3 months. Recheck tsh and anti tpo test. Send me report ,being thyroid specialist I can fully guide you.

Certain food items are called goitrogens means they may cause enlargement of thyroid gland hence should be avoided. The include cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, turnip, radish, mustard, mustard green, soyabean, kale etc. TSH can be lowered by increasing production and secretion of thyroid hormone. If thyroid hormone is reduced then you have to take synthetic hormone in the form of a pill after consulting a Physician/Endocrinologist.
