Dear lybrate-user, - Do stop smoking as it will be of great benefit to your health & body - do warm salt water gargles three times a day - have more of warm fluids, water, tea, coffee, milk, soup, avoid all cold fluids - take tablet Cheston cold, 1 tablet three times a day after meals - for a healthy skin stop smoking, have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein foods & healthy fats as in olive & canola oil for cooking, fish, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, flax & chia seeds - have plenty of portal fluids throughout the day including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, cycling, play a game - proper sleep is very important for a glowing skin.
