Dear Lybrateuser, - To reduce triglycerides follow some lifestyle changes - avoid fried, processed & junk food, reduce carbohydrates, avoid alcohol & smoking if you do - have more of fibre containing foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein foods & heart healthy fats as in olive oil, canola oil, almonds, walnuts, avocados, flax & chia seeds - do regular exercise like walking, jogging for 30 min daily morning, also do yoga, meditation & deep breathing to reduce stress & to keep fit - if not much change in levels in 2-3 months then consult a cardiologist as you may require stations to reduce the blood levels.
