Dear Lybrateuser, - To increase your stamina, you have to consume a well balanced diet along with regular exercise - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, have protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, legumes, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - have healthy fats as in olive, canola oil, fish, avocados, seeds such as flax, chia, sesame - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min 2-3 times a week, also yoga to build muscles & to keep fit, increase your duration & timing of exercise gradually.
