I am a 29 year old lady. Married, 5'0 height, 65 kg. Had a miscarriage before 4 months after 3 months of pregnancy. I have put on my Weight afterwards and decrease in immune system. I am doing regular walk of 40 -50 min. In morning with Little bit of exercise. And my full day schedule is also pack up. I am an interior designer and have to be on site on alternate days. I am avoiding chapati in dinner. Instead of that having salad, fruits and other stuff. Kindly suggest how to increase stamina and reduce body weight and fat. So that I don't get any problem when I plan again. Thanks.

Only on our diet plan wd exercise you can reduce your weight. Instead of wheat chapati if possible eat jowar roti. In morning breakfast take green vegetables juice (will explain in details) to built your fitness you needs our herbal medicine treatment. Consult with me for details.
