Hi Sir, My weight is 70 years old and i have done lots of diets but weight has stuck to a plate I go to gym too my diet is morning warm water with lemon & small banana breakfast one Khakra coffee without sugar lunch is 1 roti veg bowl dal curd evening fruit any one dinner 2 dal chills :or soup one Khakra. Not loosing weight at all.
