Hi My age is 25, I have PCOS and trying to conceive from last 9 months but not happening. Last month doctor gave ova shield tablets with folic acid tablets. My last period was August 31 expected period was sep 30. I missed my period it's been 23 days. Still, no period came. I took a pregnancy urine test but it's negative. What is the reason for the periods late?

It can be because of pcos. Pcod/pcos is a common hormonal disorder in women which can lead to weight gain and irregular periods. While most women depend on pills to deal with it, these simple changes in your lifestyle will help you deal with the condition in a better way. 1.
