I am 73. years old my problem is that I feel burning pains at both hips when sit long time since 2/3.years doctors have prescribed me to take b12 tablet but no use. Ple guide me.

Meralgia paresthetica: tingling or burning sensation in front of the thigh, occurs due to compression of a lateral cutaneous nerve of thigh, near waist region. B12 supplements, anti-oxidants, multi-vitamins. ?transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (tens) ?acupuncture ?relaxation and yoga ?neural prolotherapy.
