Dear Lybrateuser, -Avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods, also restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day if you have more - avoid gas forming foods like milk & dairy products, vegetables like broccoli, radish, raw onion & garlic, sour fruits mainly citrus, beans, lentils & pulses, tomatoes, chocolates, mint, aerated cold drinks - take tablet Pan 40, 1 tablet daily half an hour before breakfast - have plenty of oral fluids for proper digestion - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals for proper digestion, walk for 5-10 min after meals, have a light dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - reduce weight by diet and exercise if you're overweight.
