Dear Sir, I am now 60 yrs, with Diabetic 2 type, Myy Fasting is anything between 147 to 206, & Random sugar is 220 to 236. I am on Pioz Mfg2 Twice a day & Janumet 50/500 once a day after meals, & I take Aciloc 150 twice a day for acidity, Since I heard that PIOZ is a Banned I am little worried & Confused, Please advice, My Ht 174 Cms & Wt is 86 Kgs. Since above said Medicines very Expensive I wish you could suggest me some alternatives. Thank you in advance sir.

Take fiber rich food like legumes beans, peas lentils whole wheat flour with bran, fruits and vegetables ideally fresh and more colorful the better Eat small regular meals and avoid going without food for a long period. Slit a ladies finger into four pieces soak over night in a glass of water and drink the water on empty stomach. Bitter gourd, jamun, fenugreek seeds, neem leaves ,tomato, goose berry and bottle gourd juice should be added to diet.
