This is a common issue mainly in teenagers and in some people upto early/mid 20s. Weight starts increasing after that and upto late 20s most people gain their right weight. You just need to eat clean avoiding packed and processed food. Must eat at least 2-3 fruits and a plateful of raw veggies as salads every day.
