To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc.If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. Feel confident about yourself. All the best.

Daily walk is good for health. Exercise is necessary to maintain for a fit and healthy body. It also recharges the mind. It is good for both weight loss and gain. Take good diet, you will be fine.

Weight gain needs patience and happens gradually with improved appetite and sensible eating. Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Start doing brisk walk for 40-50 minutes with suryanamaskar. Avoid eating junk n processed food. Eat only home made food.

For a diabetic there is a special diet plan made as per individual needs. As they cannot consume high carb food due to high glucose contents, diet needs to be tailor made. In general you should consume more natural carbs in the form of fruits (it will not increase sugar level). Consume high quantity of nuts & seeds. Can have whole grains in the form of multigrain daliya, oats etc.
