Dear Lybrateuser, - To build muscle & to gain weight you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, milk & milk products like yogurt, paneer, butter milk, cheese, beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, soya products - include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also have as a snack in between meals - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, play a game, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min 2-3 times a week, do pull ups, push ups, squats, crunches to develop muscles & to keep fit.
