I am 26 years old female 5 ft 7 in and weigh 85 kg. I am trying to lose weight. The main hindrance is a hectic office schedule (8 am onwards 12 hrs) which leads to a sedentary lifestyle and I don't get any time or enthusiasm left to exercise. I try to limit intake to 1500 calories per day but getting no results. I try to eat sugar free whole fibre type of foods still in 6 months got no results. Please help.

Make necessary dietary changes and combine it with few min brisk walk (try to do 15 min twice daily) and you can shed weight. Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Never skip your breakfast. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat less potatoes, rice and other carbs. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. As far as exercise is concerned, you can make little changes in your lifestyle such as always taking the stairs instead of the elevator, make it a point to walk a few steps every hour or so. Park your vehicle a little farther than usual. Or make it a point to take a walk after your dinner (you can just move around in your compound) etc. We are here to guide you.
