Please take an herbal medicine nutridiabe - 1 tablet a day for 1 month and then after a gap of 1 month again for 1 month. Repeat like this for atleat one year. This will reduce/postpone your chances of getting diabetes. Nutridiabe is totally herbal medicine and very good for prediabetics or for the people who have family history of diabetes and are prone for diabetes in near future. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

HI Lybrate USER, 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm, 3) avoid coffee and tea, A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals, B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals, C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast…do all these things for 15 days gives you good result

Hi my name n. I am diabetes patient 2 months back I get it. In that time my sugar level fasting 430 after break fast 475. I consult doctor he given insulin. Daily morn and afternoon 10 ml. After one month control f127 bf180 levels. My main problem is weak ness. Shamely I holding one thing I am doing daily masturbating daily 2 times I can not controlling my self. Mr. Lybrate-user, weakness will slowly recover once blood sugar levels retur to normal. Apart from taking insulin regularly you also have to take a balanced diet, increase the intake of protein and monounsaturated fats. There are preparations which provide more protein than the usual protein powders, those can be useful. Plus you will have to start doing regular exercise, better to join a gym and do both aerobic and muscle strengthening exercises. That will help you overcome weakness. You need to add about another 6 kgs of weight (bmi 23.21 kgs/m2). This is only possible by the methods mentioned earlier. As regards your obsession with masturbation, it is only you who can control it. There are no medications for that. Thanks.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Firstly weight gain is majorly dependent on your metabolism and genetics play a definite role too. You have to be patient and give your body time to gain a healthy body weight. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

You have to avoid oily, spicy, and fatty food. Stopped addiction if any. Go for jogging early in morning. Take your dinner before 8pm and go for evening walk of 30 minutes. Go to sleep after 3 hours of dinner. Eat seasonal fruits regulerly with meals, avoid sweets and excessive salt in diet.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.
