Yes, you are overweight. Your weight should be within 80 kgs. To shed weight, start with avoiding simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fiber foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 1 hour play/walk / exercise. Its difficult to draft a diet chart here which is tailored to meet your requirements. If you need us to help you with proper customized Diet plans for weight loss, you can opt for our online program or contact us through Lybrate' private consult.

Exercise regularly with a high protein, low fat diet to lose belly fat and gain muscle mass. Restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only which are rich in fibre and fill you up with lesser calories. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Eat small and at frequent intervals. Have plenty of water and sleep well. Take care of the posture while studying or working on the laptop or mobile. If you need us to help you with proper customised Diet plans for fat loss around the belly, you can opt for our online program or contact us through Lybrate' private consult'

Actually I am in 11th class and have recently changed my school. My older school used to get over at 2: 15 pm so many used to give me bun butter a packet of cookies a banana and an apple. I never used to take food cause I used to puke out cold food so in the new school it is necessary for me to take paper tiffen because of the schools rules and regulations so what I did was I told my mom to give me rice every day cause I can eat cold rice easily so is it fine if I take rice every day. Please consider the fact that my new school gets over at 3: 30 pm. It would be very nice of you if you tell me how do I reduce my weight.

Which ghee is good for kids? Buffalo's or cow's? Is ghee Casein free? Please confirm.

Which ghee is good for kids? Buffalo's or cow's? Is ghee Casein free? Please confirm.
If the child is severe casein or lactose intolerant, please avoid any ghee as it might have traces of casein and lactose. Otherwise cow's ghee is preferred as per Ayurveda.
