Sir please tell me, can I eat almond and other dry fruits in order to reduce my belly fat. If not then suggest me a complete list of food which will me to reduce belly fat.

Yes, you can take soaked almonds and walnut by taking to reduce belly fat. Include unsaturated fat like mustard oil, soya beans oil, olive oil and refined oil. Balance diet and whole wheat flour, pulses, green leafy vegetables, seeds like flaxseed, chia seeds, coriander, ajwain. High fibre diet like salad, fruits, oats, veg dalia khichdi, curd, chhena, hot haldi milk (skimmed milk), soft teaand coffee, green tea, ajwain water with lemon, coriander tea with lemon, flaxseed water. You can get your analysis done for better results.
