Dr. Swarn Shikha Sharma is a Dietician/Nutritionist in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi and has an experience of 10 years in this field. Currently, she is practising at Rising Health – A New Hope in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. She completed her Post Graduate (PG) in Dietetics from Bareilly University in 2006. She did her Doctorate in Psychology from Bareilly University in 2009. She received a Gold Medal from Bareilly University in 2007 for her excellent academic performance.

I hope you are not suffering from any medical issues. you can start with walk or any cardio exercise for 40 minutes during the day. take regular meal at every 2 hourly. include plenty of water during the day. take regular food stuff at every 2 hourly. include salad in your diet take seasonal frutis n salad In-between you can also add warm water after one hour of your meal

you can start with cardio exercise. as a follow up you can continue with high protein meal like wise: legumes, soya chunks, chicken soup etc you can add during the day. for better results you can get your body analysis done and accordingly take a better plan as per your requirement.

you can get your body constitution done( vaat/ pit/ kapha). than accordingly you go further. as your weight is too less as per your age and height. so a specific pattern will give you better results.

you can use natural food stuff to gain weight instead of any powder. as you are too young, so with the help of natural food also you can gain easily. start with some cardio exercise in your routine. take regular meal at every 2 hourly.

you can start with any cardio exercise. take high fiber and low carb diet. for this diet you can add salad and seasonal fruits in your diet. include seasonal vegetables too during the day. more of beverages will help you to get rid of this weight. you can add protein rich food in your diet likewise:- Milk n dairy products, sprouts, pulses, soyabean etc. if you take nonveg, that is also a good option to add on. take regularly meal at every 2 hourly. include plenty of water eveeyday. include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Get your body analysis done that will give u proper idea for best diet plan as per your requirement
