You should eat a balance diet which contains all of five groups ( grain , fruit, vegetables, milk , meat). Diet plan will depends on your sex , height n weight. You can do body constitution also.

according to your age and height your weight is excess by 6-7 kgs. you can check your body analysis. and do some changes in your diet plan .you can include some animal and plant protein in your diet. this can be done by adding high fiber and low fat diet. power yoga is also a good option for you.

proteins are good for health it helps for your muscles building .you can include plant and animal protein in your diet. good source of vegetarian protein are soy , paneer , tofu, pulses , green leafy vegetables etc

Dear doctor please advice. I am 34 year old and work as marketing manager in gurgaon. I am leaving in gurgaon from last 7 years. Before that I was leaving in himachal body and my body weight was 65-67 kg and now my body weight increase to 95 kg even work pressure and physical movement increased twice. There is a huge change of environment. delhi and himachal environment is completely different, in terms of pollution and water purity. Good quality water and air leads to better digestion and on the other hand Pollution and dirty water leads to some medical issues. Obesity is one of them. as well you are eating too less. you need to increase your kcal intake if you want to reduce. you can start with some cardio exercise followed by high fiber and high protein meal. take regular meal increase your kcal count. plenty of water will also help you to release toxins of the body. you can also get your body consutitution done, that will help you to get best diet pattern as per your requirement.

you can start with cardio exercise followed by high fiber and moderate protein. if you can avoid high carbohydrate for sometime, that will be better for instant weight loss. for better results as an individual you and your husband both can get a detailed body analysis so that accurate fat percentage can be checked and you can get desired results.

You can start with healthy food. You can include vitamin a and c rich food such as carrot, spinach,orange ,tomato etc. You can also include protein rich food, like wise animal protein and dairy products. That will help yopu to boost up your metabolic rate also to enhance your vision. For more specification, you can check your body constitution (vaat/ pit/kapha) and start the exact diet pattern, that will give you more specific results.

You can start with cardio exercise during the day. Start with high fat, moderate carbs, and high protein meal. You can also check your body constitution ( vaat/pit/kapha) to get better results. That will give you more specific results as per your requirement.
