you can start up with running aur walk during the day. take high fiber and protein rich food in your breakfast. include all seasonal vegetables and fruits in your diet. take proper meal at every 2 hourly do check your body constitution and go for the specific plan as per your need

You can start with some lifestyle modification that will help you to gain muscles mass. Do some physical activity during the day. Include some high protein stuff in your diet plan. Take seasonal vegetables and fruits in your diet. Do check your bodily parameters too, for best results.

you can start taking with some high protein meal during the day, like wise in your breakfast and lunch. include fruits along with your every meal. include more of beverages in your diet, like wise soup, buttermilk, mojito etc. take meal at every 2 hourly. don't skip any meal . try to take 3 major and 3 mid meals during the day

you can start with some of physical activity and walk during the day. include soup and vegetables in your diet. fruits are also good sources for good amount of nutrients, as cold hands and feet are due to lack of nutrients.

Specification will be as per your routine.. you can start with proper diet routine and lifestyle modification. do check your muscles mass and fat ratio than only you can go further for any specification, as you are too young to start any deviation in your diet.
