My weight is 83 kgs. My height is 5.6 and vitamin d is 6. My cholesterol is 228. How do I reduce my weight upto 65 kgs without giving up my vegetarian diet? Please provide me healthy seven day diet chart which can bring back my fatty acids in liver and high cholesterol back on track. you need to start with a balance diet as per your body constitution and medical parameters. you can start up with walk or any physical activity during the day. take seasonal fruits and vegetables. you need to minimize your oil intake. plenty of water will help you. take meal at every two hourly. if you want specific diet plan that also you can start as per your body constitution and medical parameters.

it might be nutrition deficiency. you can go further for best as well you can start with a healthy diet meal during the day. that will help you. as in our food only three are so many things that can give us glowing and refreshing skin. basically you can work for skin rejuvenation with the help of natural food stuff.

start with any exercise. take banana and milk with honey in the morning include milk and dairy products in your diet. egg is also a good source of protein. take seasonal fruits and vegetables. try to have more of liquids and juices in your diet.

You can start with walk or else any physical activity during the day. Take high fiber and low carb diet. Include plenty of water during the day. If you want for specific one you can go further for DNA test as well for specific diet plan. Than accordingly to that+ your blood group. These two things can give you best results.

you can start with walk/ jogging / running etc as per your daily routine. take sprouts/ paneer / s/w etc in your breakfast. include salads and seasonal vegetables in your diet take frequent and regular meal plenty of water is good for you. make a regular note of your weight. it will be much better again to take the diet plan as per your blood group, body constitution and bodily parameters ( fat/ muscles and water retention).
