I want to be fit and shaped as soon as possible without compromising my health. Kindly help me to choose diet plan with 100% south indian food and dried fruits. I am feeling disappointed so hard. Kindly help me. I am doing my studies for 3 hr a day. After that I am free, and simply sit or sleep. Is this good or bad for my health. I usually intakes approximately 3000 kcal. Help me to reduce my weight and get fit.
