Need a diet suggestion and exercises mainly to remove fat from my thighs I need to reduce my weight mainly on thighs region, reason only that region is, my thighs we're getting rubbed repeatedly and complete skin is getting red and pain when I work for more than 4 kms. This make me travel less which is not at all expected. Need help and suggestions.
