You should eat low fat low carb protien vitamin n mineral rich diet .u should never skip breakfast .u need to eat oats .Brown bread veg sandwich or boiled sprouts n ming. Or boiled egg white .eat lot of fruits like water melon papaya avocado etc. Eat green salad n low calorie veg like lauki akaddu n capsicum cabbage n green leafy veg. Eat roasted chana n makhana drink low fat butter milk green tea .lite dinner dalia saute veg .soup etc.

I have researched a lot about Apple cider vinegar. As I am over Weight people have suggested me the product. When I have researched I have found it has many benefits but it is a type of acid, which works as the same. People have posted many of their bad experiences which has left me confused. As asked by doctor and i did vitamin d and B12 tests. Vit D total. 15.51 ng/ml. Vit B 12.281 pg/ml. Blood grp B positive. Suggest some diet plan to reduce weight.
