Since you have restricted diet, thatâs why you have cravings. All foods are good and bad also. It is important what you eat n at what time you eat. Generally we do not take breakfast as we are in a hurry in the morning. This is wrong because we have our dinner 8-10 pm n bfast 8-10 am. So roughly 10-12 hours of fasting. So breakfast is the most important meal of the day. N the problem is we generally neglect it. We should take healthy bfast. Similarly dinner should be light n preferably done between 7-8 pm.
