I want a diet to loose 3 inches from waist in 15 days. Also suggest some home remedies.
Sorry but in such a short span- not possible. First of all you should change your eating habits like 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods7.take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 10. Maintain active life style exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gymming etc. Now about point no. 10. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. On other days you can do cardio exercises. Till lock down do suryanamaskar. for more details you can consult me.

Had exogenous cushing's syndrome caused by 7 years of topical application of a steroid ointment on face. Now after tapering off the topical steroid ointment the cushing's has reversed. I am eating healthy ,stopped white rice, white flour, white sugar, but reduced my weight from 55 to 52, in 1 week. Is it normal weight for 162 cm. Can you recommend me any food plan. Normal weight your weight and age is 57 kgs. I suggest you to eat healthy. Avoid fried food, avoid processed food. Add eggs to your diet. Add more of fruits and green vegetables to your diet. Have more of lentils and legumes. Replace white rice to brown rice. Have I to 10glasses of water in a day.

Since you have restricted diet, that’s why you have cravings. All foods are good and bad also. It is important what you eat n at what time you eat. Generally we do not take breakfast as we are in a hurry in the morning. This is wrong because we have our dinner 8-10 pm n bfast 8-10 am. So roughly 10-12 hours of fasting. So breakfast is the most important meal of the day. N the problem is we generally neglect it. We should take healthy bfast. Similarly dinner should be light n preferably done between 7-8 pm. Hi Sir, I am over weighed slumpy with a big belly and a frustrated of my body. I want to loose those extra calories and fat stuck on my belly and thigh. I have craved a lot of junk and fast food in my life, so is the reason I am suffering this. I am still unmarried and will be getting married this year. I am just 28 but due to my body shape and the unhygienic food I look over aged, I want to look my age I have to grow young. I seriously seek your immediate help. Provide me some medical advice to reduce body fat I have gained, I can't take any more. I had pathetic food culture, unhygienic and no exercise which lead to this. 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods, junk foods etc fatty. 4. Hi, I am a new mom and weight was 78 at the time of delivery, now she is 6 months still am looking like pregnant and 75 kg now.
