Dear Lybrate USer Please check your hemoglobin. If it is low then you will feel tired always. Take good protein such as dhals whole pulses. Take boiled channa or cow pea beans regularly. Use dhal to make chila or dosa instead of just white rice. Do meditation and pranayamam that is breathing along with yoga to de stress. Take amla as it is a good anti oxidant.
