Loss of appetite at this age can be due to various reasons like anaemia, depression, stress etc. Consult a doctor to check his iron levels. Talk to him if he is going through any stress. Encourage him to eat little at small intervals. Prepare food of his choice and keep a happy environment.

You feel weak after a run probably because you are not taking a balanced diet to give you strength to run. Make sure you have eat a good pre n post workout meal and have enough water through out the day. Eat a balanced diet. You can consult me for a complete diet chart along with a good work out schedule.

Hi, My age is 24 years, I feel I am very skinny (my weight is 45.9 KG). I want to put on my weight. But my gynaecologist is suggesting me to control the weight as I have PCOD. She also suggested me to do exercise. I am not sure if I should control my weight or need to put on. In this scenario, I am planning to join Gym. I have heard Yoga can also help. Weight training and yoga both are very good for curing PCOD. This will also give you a good body composition. While you will gain muscle mass which will make you look fit at the same time you will not gain fat which is common in pcod (the reason your doctor wants you to loose weight). Eat healthy, include banana n coconut in your diet.

Eat well and healthy and exercise regularly. Eat fresh fruits and vegetable in between meals, Eat home made food, avoid outside food as much possible. Have soaked almonds first thing in the morning. Eat a good home made breakfast. Avoid all packet food, even biscuits. ~Do not skip any meal. Exercise regularly. Seek help of a good professional to plan out your work out chart. You ca n also try yoga.

Eat regularly at regular interval. Alway eat home made food and stop eating any packet food. Munch on dry fruits in between your meals to keep up your energy levels. Don't skip meals even if you are hungry. Along with this stay physically active and happy.

Dear you are too young to worry so much about weight. Eat all home made food and don't eat any packet food like biscuits chips noodles etc. And play a sport you love most. Start swimming as summers are knocking on the doors. Spend an hour at least outdoors away from any sort of screen. Never go to school empty stomach and carry a home made tiffin.
