Brahmi tel is an essential oil that is known to have several health benefits. In India, this ayurvedic oil is being in used since ages. It is believed to be a wonderful remedy for relaxing the mind.

Brahmi oil is ayurvedic oil which is an herbal fusion of bacopa monnieri and gotu kola. This oil is usually used in combination with sesame oil or coconut oil but can also be used alone.

The oil is generally used for topical application. However, there are brahmi supplements that can be taken orally but the oil itself should not be consumed directly.

Brahmi oil is mostly used for exterior or topical use. However, Brahmi can be taken in the form of powder, tablet liquid extract. Most often, the herbs of Brahmi – bacopa or gotu kola, are taken along with ghee. This improves the efficacy for mind relaxation.
