Hello- Pollutants, infections, and chemical toxins are common environmental assailants of male fertility. Exposure to dangerous chemicals can cause cancer and reduce sperm count in the production of male sex hormones as well as adversely affect testicular functions. Mucuna pruniens, Avena Sativa, Tribulus, Catuaba, Cistanche, Maca, and Saw Palmetto are the key ingredients in Ayurvedic fertility formula, also known as Masuraje formula. Regular use of the supplement can increase your sperm count naturally.

Hello- No it cant. Saw palmetto prevents a degraded form of testosterone called dihydrotestosterone from accumulating in prostate tissue that would otherwise cause excessive cell growth and inflammation. The plant steroids in saw palmetto also act on progesterone receptors, an action that causes a reduction in estrogen levels.

I have hair fall and my hairline is receding. I started taking treatment from my 10th std when I was 16 years old in care. Then after being not satisfied I went to another skin doctor who prescribed saw palmetto tablets and biotin and minoxidil for 6 months. Now I changed the doctor and he prescribed finasteride 1 mg twice daily and minoxidil 10% and biotin tablet and I have been taking it foe a year. My hair density has not increased much. My frontal area seems to be decreasing only even though I take tablets. I am 19 years old and my problem is when I wanna masturbate I find difficult to get an erection. It really worries me a lot. I am really afraid as I have seen in the internet that it would give sexual side effects. Does masturbation affect hairloss? And how to overcome that erection problem? How to get dense and full hair? Pls suggest.

Hi lybrate-user, The only permanent treatment available (as of now) to grow new hair in the area of hair loss is Hair Transplantation (HT), Hair Transplant (HT) is a surgical procedure done under local anesthesia where hair roots are taken usually from the back side of the head (where there is permanently growing, genetically strong and hormone resistant hairs) and planted in the area of hair loss in the front. Because these roots are hormone resistant they grow permanently in the planted area. The transplanted hairs start growing after about 4 months. You can have them cut, colourd, styled, oil, massage, shampoo or even shave on regular bases. You do not lose these hairs. Unlike old Plug method or Mini or Micro method the modern Follicular method harvests individual Hair roots (also known as Follicular Units or Grafts). Well there are 2 modern methods of HT. Please visit Hair Transplant clinics in your area. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

An extract of saw palmetto berries may block 5-alpha-reductase, an enzyme that converts testosterone to DHT. DHT is the molecule responsible for hair loss and also is involved in the enlargement of the prostate. ... But research is limited on saw palmetto's efficacy in treating hair loss

5 Symptoms Of Prostate Cancer!

The prostate gland is a male reproductive organ at the base of the urinary bladder and urethra is a thin tube that carries urine out of the penis. It runs through the prostate gland. A fluid produced by this gland helps to carry sperms produced by the testes outside during intercourse.

Cause of urinary problems in men

Men experience urinary symptoms either due to inflammation of the prostate gland or prostatitis or symptoms may be the result of a blockage of the passage due to enlargement of the prostate gland.

Symptoms of urinary problems

Urinary symptoms commonly experienced with prostate problems include;

  1. The need to urinate frequently during the night.
  2. Urinating more often during the day.
  3. Urinary urgency is the urge to urinate can be so strong and sudden that one may not reach the toilet in time.
  4. The urine stream is slow to start.
  5. Urine dribbling for some time after finishing urination.
  6. A sensation that the bladder is not fully emptied after urination.
  7. A lack of force to the urine flow, which makes directing the stream difficult.
  8. The sensation of needing to go again soon after urinating

Treatment

  1. A long course of antibacterial medication (for bacterial prostatitis) is prescribed, because infection is difficult to get rid of, the antibacterial medication will need to be taken for many weeks.
  2. Medication to improve urine flow and other symptoms (for obstruction caused by an enlarged prostate).
  3. Surgical procedures (for blockage caused by an enlarged prostate), such as Transurethral Resection of the prostate(TURP), Laser Resection of prostate, Transurethral Incision of the prostate(TUIP).

UroLift: A new method of treatment for men, where medication has not been successful, but their prostates are not so enlarged that they need more invasive surgery. It involves the Transurethral Insertion of staples to separate the lobes of the prostate. It has minimal side effects and preserves ejaculatory and erectile function.

A number of other procedures that have been developed to reduce urinary symptoms.

Medication for urinary problems

Various medications to help ease your urinary problems, including;

  1. Medications to reduce the tone of the muscles of the urethra and prostate to minimize any obstruction to urine flow caused when these muscles contract.
  2. Medication to reduce the size of the prostate gland. These drugs work by blocking the action of male hormones produced by the prostate gland.
  3. Medications to relax the bladder, making unwanted contractions less likely and reducing the symptoms of urgency and frequency of urination.
  4. Over-the-counter medicine 'Saw Palmetto' (Serenoa repens) is used sometimes. This may help some men, especially if frequent urination at night is a problem. However, recent reviews of the evidence for using Saw Palmetto as a treatment for mild or moderate urinary symptoms did not show any improvement compared to no treatment, in men with BPH.

Ways to Get Rock Solid Erections Quickly and Naturally

Sex is an important part of your life and being a man, it's important that you are able to satisfy your woman sexually. Weak or soft erections make it impossible for a man to satisfy his woman.

Erectile dysfunction, unfortunately, is extremely common among men. Failure to get a rock solid erection in bed is an embarrassing, humiliating and depressing experience for a man. It can leave your woman disappointed in you. What is worse is that it can also result in relationship problems and break-ups.

In order to have a good and healthy relationship, you must to be able to satisfy your woman sexually and that is possible only when you are able to get a harder and longer lasting erection.

Though prescription drugs can help, they are not the best option since they can have a lot of negative side effects.

Here are some of the best natural and effective ways to help you get harder and stiffer erections without using drugs:

1. Try L-arginine

L-arginine is an essential amino acid which is so powerful that it's referred to as the "Natural Viagra". Basically, it helps increase nitric oxide secretion in your body. This is the chemical that makes penile muscle relax so that blood vessels can dilate and more blood can enter Corpora Cavernosa or the blood holding chambers of your penis, so that you can get a rock solid erection.

Yet another important benefit of l-arginine is that it helps boost testosterone. Testosterone is the principle make sex hormone that regulates libido and erections in men.

Thus, it's a great idea to include foods such as oats, oatmeal, lean meat, chicken, turkey, granola etc. in your diet since they are abundant in this amino acid.

2. Try Horny Goat Weed

Horny goat weed or epimediaum sagittatum is one of the most well-known herbs that can help treat ED in men. It has been used in Chinese medicine for thousands of years to treat sexual problems in men.

One of the most important properties of horny goat weed is that it helps increase nitric oxide secretion in your body. This helps enhance blood flow to the penis resulting in improved libido and harder erections.

3. Walk

Walking is a great exercise. It helps increase blood circulation in your body. Even a 20 minute walk a day can help boost blood flow to your penis resulting in improved rigidity of your erections. In addition to this, it can also help burn excess fat in your body. This is great for unclogging your arteries.

4. Lift Some Weights

Lifting weights is an even better form of exercise when it comes to increasing sexual potency in men, First of all, more muscle in your body helps burn more fat. This improves blood circulation, Secondly, strength and resistance training helps boost testosterone. Squats, lunges, leg presses and other exercises that involve lower part of your body are great for enhancing blood flow to the penis.

Thus, try to frequent gym for at least 3-4 days a week.

5. Try Natural Male Enhancement Pills

Over and above, you must also try natural male enhancement pills. Such pills are a prefect mix of herbs, minerals and other nutrients that not only increase blood flow to the penis but also boost testosterone production.

Some of the top-notch pills contain ingredients like l-arginine, horny goat weed, tribulus terrestris, tongat ali or long jack, damiana, saw palmetto etc.

They not only help you get harder erections but also enhance your ejaculatory control so that you can last longer in bed. They also reduce your refractory period so that you can get a harder erection soon after ejaculation. This can give you the stamina to enjoy repeated sex in a single night.

Penis Enlargement - Homeopathic Remedies For It!

Penis Enlargement - Homeopathic Remedies For It!

It is common misbelief that sexual pleasure is proportional to the size of the penis. A smaller-than-desirable size of the penis is a major cause for concern - taking away one's confidence and esteem. Men facing this issue look for options to get it fixed from anywhere and everywhere. While there are a lot of options that promise to increase the size, not many live up to it.

Homeopathy offers many options for this problem. Not just providing immediate relief, homeopathy as in all cases, tries to address the root cause and treat the individual holistically. Premature ejaculation, reduced sperm count, etc., are serious issues.

Listed below are some common ingredients used in medicines that can improve the penis size. There are many formulations that use the below mentioned ingredients. All of these are herbs and aphrodisiacs that have been used from ancient times across continents. They have been proven to have good results and improved sexual satisfaction.

  1. Epimedium - Also known locally as the 'horny goat weed', this is believed to improve circulation to the penis, thereby enhancing erection and sexual sensation. It also affects the release of testosterone which is required for improved sexual urge and vigor.
  2. Saw Palmetto - This improves blood flow and promotes hormonal balance in addition to treating urinary infections. The end result is improved sexual performance.
  3. Ginkgo Biloba - This also is believed to improve blood circulation and oxygenation, leading to long-lasting erection.
  4. Cuscuta seed and bark extract - The seed of Cuscuta is believed to delay premature death of sperm and prevent premature ejaculation. The bark, on the other hand, is believed to relieve stress and improve the functioning of the nervous system. These two are used in combination in medicines to enlarge penis and help better performance.
  5. Hawthorn berry - In some formulations, the Hawthorn berry is also added which is believed to improve the blood flow to the heart and brain. Improved circulation to these vital organs help improve sexual performance.
  6. Damiana or Turnera diffusa: Popular in the Mexican and Latin American regions, there could be anxiety/depression, libido loss, and sexual insufficiency where Damiana can be of great help.
  7. Aswagandha - Also known as poison gooseberry or Indian ginseng, this can be used in cases where the sperm density is low, or there is problem of reduced thinking ability, premature ejaculation, and weak penis.

All said and done, one suggestion: Though this is a very sensitive issue, please have a thorough discussion before starting off on some medication on your own. Each body is unique and will respond differently to different formulations. With homeopathy, the aim is to treat the individual holistically instead of just removing the symptoms. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Homeopath.
