From 4-5 year I have 24 hour full body pain and fatigue and all tests are normal. 4-5 months ago aiims doctor diagnosed fibromyalgia. 1 month ago I have an hypertension emergency and I admitted in aiims and there doctor tell that my left ventricular ef is 25%.my treatment in cardio is going on. My next appointment in cardio is after 15 days. But I want to know that I have fibro and heart failure both or my fibromyalgia was a misdiagnosis. If 25% lvef cause 24 hour body pain and fatigue and is it possible that I have heart failure from 4-5 year but doctor can't diagnosed that because no one do my echo or ecg before hypertension emergency.
