Yeah it might due to your pcod and also due to stress. Try to take bath in the bath tub with aroma soaps and oils which will definitely help you to get out of stress and also will facilitate to have sound sleep. If you still have this depression I suggest you to undergo few sessions with my friend who does very good counselling for you on video call. मेरा नाम निशा है मे 100% sure हु की मुझे fibromyalgia disease है मे chronic डिप्रेशन मे परमानेंट रहती हु इसलिए मुझे बॉडी pain हमेशा और सिर मे दर्द हमेशा होता चाहे टेबलेट या इंजेक्शन कुछ भी use करते है दर्द मे कोई आराम नहीं होता है ये प्रॉब्लम पिछले 5 सालो से है कोई डॉक्टर्स मेंरा कहना सुनता ही नहीं weakness समझ लेता है और प्रोटीन मल्टीविटामिन और सभी ताकत की कमजोरी समझते है और मेरी disease कोई नहीं समझता है मुझे फाइबरों माइलेजिया है please help me fast.
