I am 31 years old and these are the issues I am facing: problem 1: I got married in feb this year. My weight increased suddenly. I was around 87 kgs before marriage and now I have crossed 95 kgs in the last 2 months. I feel fatigued, experience loss of interest in my professional work. I can not stand for more than 20 minutes otherwise my left leg swells up very badly. Problem 2: I had lower back issues earlier also because in 2010 I had a fall and had a light hairline fracture, I had taken the required medications then. For the last 1 year sometimes suddenly that area hurts badly and the problem aggravates so much so that I am unable to stand, sit, walk or lie down. Pls help me understand the reason and solutions for the 2 separate issues. Pls do suggest if any tests can be conducted for these two problems.
