Hello doctors, I have fatty liver grade 1 since 2018 and in 2020 is still grade 1 so in august 2020 I did check up and the doctor did not give me any medication about that and told me there's no specifically treatment for fatty liver so he just told me to do a healthy diet but today I met another doctor with my all last reports but everything is not serious, he prescribed me pan d for one month so I want to know if it is safe to go under treatment with that.

Avoid oily spicy foods, non veg foods take following homeopath medication chelidonium majus q 30 ml phytolacca berry q 30 ml chionanthus q 30 ml take 10 drops of each in 50 ml water three times a day nux vomica 30 ch 4 drops twice a day lycopodium 30 4 drops twice a day all for 3 months.

Why do you need to take pan d if you have no symptom. Uses of pan-d capsule pr gastroesophageal reflux disease (acid reflux) peptic ulcer disease your previous doctor is right, there is non specific treatment for fatty liver grade one. It can be corrected with lifestyle changes. Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of plain water first thing in the morning 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 11. Take 1tsp of ghee in bfast, lunch n dinner. Hello Lybrate user, according to the condition you mentioned, you just need to have a healthy lifestyle ,good control on diet and a regular physical activity. Pan d is an antacid if you feel some acidity, nausea or vomiting you can take that.

Do some lifestyle changes as -go for brisk walk/ sweat it out every day for at least 30 minutes - reduce or eliminate direct sugar from your diet - reduce unhealthy fats from diet (fried stuff) - reduce smoking n alcohol consumption - may start syp amlycure ds by aimil 10 ml tds before meals - add more fibres to your diet - tab pan d is for acidity problem if any. Nothing to do with fatty liver condition

Fatty liver grade I is not a serious issue. As in your reports it has not been changed since last 2 yrs. But you should start regular exercises. Take large quantities of water daily. Include vegetables fruits pulses cereals leafy vegetables in your diet. Avoid fatty oily foods junk foods artificial flavored foods etc. You can take nuts. Avoid fried items. If needed you can take small fish in curry form. There is no need of any medication in this stage.

Yes it is ppi drug you can take it. But if have abdominal discomfort and heavy abdomen due to fatty liver. You can choose ayurveda medicine.
