If it is only around thighs and not any where else it might be fungal infection, if so, apply Micogel cream, like one would apply face cream after bath from near the umbilicus to the knees, everytime after bath, it should reduce in a week time , if it reduces apply for fifteen days more from the day it completely disappears, if you had sent a photo it would have been better, also take a tab Bandy plus by chewing Tab Avil 25 mg once at bedtime, keep all your clothes after washing in sun and so also all bed material including mattress in the sun for the entire period.
