Hello, to rebuild muscle it is important for you to improve your overall intake of food and be regular with exercise. Exercise is also of importance when it comes to build muscles. I would suggest not to opt for any medications or supplements to rebuild your muscle as it can have a negative impact on your health. With right nutrition guidance and regular exercise you will be able to build muscle just that it will take some time. Muscle gain or building muscle takes time and has lot of customized approaches & needs to be altered every week. A personalized diet session is strongly recommended as it will take into account all the required details and help us guide you better. Listed below are a few guidelines that will be helpful: 1. Adequate but complex carbohydrates in the form of whole grains & cereals like whole wheat, brown rice, jowar, bajra etc should be incorporated. When adequate carbs will be incorporated in the diet then only the protein consumed will be utilized for muscle building as carbs have protein-sparing action 2. Healthy fats in the form of nuts - almonds & walnuts, seeds ? sunflower, pumpkin, flaxseeds, chia seeds, eggs, avocados should be incorporated 3. First class proteins like egg, fish, poultry, low fat milk, low fat yogurt, and quinoa should be incorporated in the diet with every meal. 4. Avoid refined carbs like maida products, sugar, fruit juices, packaged juices, aerated drinks, sweets etc 5. Have nutritious & balanced meals. Do not skip the meals 6. Keep yourself well hydrated. Have 2-3 liters of water throughout the day at regular intervals 7. Most importantly never workout on an empty stomach. Ensure you have good carbs before workout like potato, sweet potato, banana, oats or peanut butter sandwich etc 8. Exercise regularly
