Avoid sugars only take all food items including all fruits in small quantities regularly as vitamins minerals and fibres in them are good for health continue her diabetes treatment.

Hello try adding foods to your diet instead of subtracting. Add in healthy foods like vegetable juice, fruit bowl, sprout chat. Keep cherries, juicy grapes, or any fruits into your bag. Improve on the intake of fluids by consuming enough water, soups, buttermilk, tender coconut water etc exercise for an hour must be regular.

Best is to drink cow's milk every night before sleep. Cow's milk is rich in protein called" casein" and also many nutrients for a healthy mind and body to to improve stamina, weight and muscles. Make vegetables and fruits your daily habits and not non-vegetarian foods. Avoid eggs as it is harmful for future.

Hi that's right as per your height you are overweight and there are specific actions needed for weight loss since the margin to work on is quite a lot. 1. Make your self more active - walk whenever possible/ use staircase / walk & talk 2. Eat small frequent meals 3. Limit processed foods like wafers, biscuits, cakes etc 4. Limit fat intake 5. Add 4 - 5 portions of veggies & fruits for each day 6. Drink lots of water - around 10 - 12 glasses of water/day

Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Sprouts, beans, nuts, cheese are good source of protein. Green leafy vegetables are excellent as iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Use conditioner and hair repair to keep the hair soft. But if the hair is thinning then it might be initial sign of thinning which is progressive disorder. Consult trichologist.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Yes it is harmful .it usually lead to skin problems mostly leucoderma. And itching and many other diseases of skin. Atleast have 2 hour difference to eat them.

Take protinex powder with milk daily. Syrup betonin 2tsp daily. Do exercise regularly. Eat balanced diet. Check hemoglobin and blood sugar.
