Just simple things you have to change in your daily routine avoid goitroganic food like cabbage family, add more fiber and high protein diet avoid complex carb or second class carb like mida. Hi, complex carbs you should take, and high protein food, do some exercise at-least 45 minute daily basis. avoid simple carbs, fatty food , carbonated drinks, fast food & sweets.
