A well defined mass lesion of heterogeneous echo texture in submental region in neck slightly to the left of midline the lesion measure (0.9�0.6) cm in size the mass is well defined and shows no invasion into adjacent structure these features are suggestive of? Lymphadenitis seen in my ultrasound report doctor are saying me go for biopsy is this cancer I am in totally depression.

All swellings are not cancer as you fear and you have only a lymph node infection possibly. ANy way you cna opt for a biopsy to be completely free of tension
