Hello, if your tsh was 6.42 on thyronorm 50 mcg then you need to increase the dose- you can take one tablet of thyronorm 50 mcg everyday from monday to friday and take 2 tablets of thyronorm 50 mcg- total dose of 100 mcg on saturday and sunday. You can repeat the thyroid test after 2 months.

I crease thyronorm to 62.5 take empty stomach and milk or tea one hour later iodised tata salt in salad and fruits avoid cabbage reduce body weight.
