I year se bhut contriseptic pills le chuki but cyst khtm nhi hua blki aur side effect hua h ab mai pills nhi lena chahti kya mai laparoscopy surgery karwa skti hu. Please help me.

Yes you can go for laparoscopic surgery. But remember cyst can happen again. Talk to your gynecologist in details regarding this. Pcod/pcos is a common hormonal disorder in women which can lead to weight gain and irregular periods. Nutritional approach: deficiency of micronutrients contributes to insulin insensitivity and compromise ovarian function. So, ?completely stay away from processed/ refined cereals (which have a high glycemic index or gi).
