I am 79 years old, vegetarian, thyroid problem under control (75 mg thyronorm tab .daily morning empty stomach), chronic GERD (taking omeprazole 20 mg. Empty stomach daily ), prostrate problem (taking silodosin 8 mg and soliten -10 ), calcium -500 daily, multivitamins /antioxidants /, revital. Taking folic acid 5 mg daily, profound loss of hearing, thalassemia minor, taking good nourishing diet (including milk, curd, green vegetables, fruits,nuts (dry fruits, eggs etc) and suffering from acute lack of stamina and weakness. Appetite normal bowls -no problem. B.p. -good, sugar level normal, please advise.

Check your bp, hemoglobin, electrolytes, vitamin d and b12 levels. Might be some deficiency. Alpha blockers can also be the cause.
