My wife is a thyroid patient, she is using 62 mg thyronorm, her recent report showed t3 total as 78.27 ng/ dl, t4 total 8.11 ng/dl tsh 4.58 ng/dl. Kindly advice if she needs to increase or decrease the dosage of thyronorm.

Hello, Thanks for the query. TSH 4.58 mU/L is fairly good. If all the symptoms are in control, then it is better for her to continue the same dosage. Thanks.
