Last month in various hospital (Visited due to HDN) my Bp used to come between 130-140. Doctor advised to buy a bp monitor and observe it on home. In home my bp range between 115 to 125 and lower limit 75 to 85. But my heart rate always between 85 to 95 bpm. Should I consult with cardiologist? What are natural method to reduce bpm (exercise and diet)? Note- I have one kidney only. BMI= 19, age=25.
