Its a very tricky question. Probably you already have idea that something is wrong thats why you are asking this question. Milk is complete food. Only iron and vitamin C is less in it. But main role of milk is to provide protein, calcium, phosporus, fats etc. To our body. Now the issue is milk is highly sensitive food. It goes well only with few foods. If you know combinations of those foods it will fortify nutrition an help your body to gain norishment but if it is taken along with food with form opposite reaction then the benefit or good ness of food will not reach to you. And when we consider lunch, we have all kinds of food. Rice, wheat, vegetables which will have acids, tannins or say sour taste food which are opposite to milk. This food reaction will make many nutrients unavailable to your body. And because our body relies on food for nutrition. And these nutrients only build our bodies, you will slowly start seeing negative changes in body because of lack of proper nutrition like foot pain or body pain, lack of fresh feeling, weakness etc. Hence a wise person will not risk in health like this. Instead work on making new habit slowly and steadily like having milk 15 min before lunch or adding milk products like curd or paneer instead of milk or including milk after gap of 1 hr after lunch or dinner as per your convenience. Remember where there is will there is way!
