Is (himalayan organics) brand really organic and is it safe to consume their tablets?
If any company says that product is organic it means that it has been taken from without fertilizer. It would be good to eat everything from natural way instead of any tablets. Eat more fruit and green vegetables, roots and tubers. Drink coconut water, fruits juices. Eat healthy diet with good sleep.

Hello doctor. Is eating dal-rice at night provides enough nutrients for the body or chapati should also be taken?
Calorie wise rice and chapatti are same. But the fiber is lacking in rice so try to take veggies with rice so that the fiber is balanced. Many people consume rice in night, it is individual preference.

Is it right to follow a vegan diet for 16 year old female, considering the busy schedule of a student. I believe, one should follow a proper and timely diet plan for that matter, which I believe would not be very feasible for her.

Hello doctor, I had been on keto (low carb diet) for a period of 2 weeks and my food choices were mostly limited to (chicken, eggs, mushroom, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, buttermilk, sea food). In a week or so, I starting experiencing stomach cramps. It usually started as a discomfort after I had my meal and advanced with time. The pain became intense at night that i'd have to curl up and lie in my bed. And the next morning it's fine, until I have my first meal of the day. I've been experiencing these cramps on a day to day basis. Due to the same reason I stopped keto and switched to normal diet. Kindly advice.

Keto diet should be used in guidance of qualified dietitian under constant supervision. Everyone has a different body type. Maybe these food types create allergies to your body. Eat a balanced diet so that you can lose weight in a healthy way without harming the body.
