As far as your case is concern you should take naturamore plus and unicity chlorophyll and wompro along with this you should take healthy diet like-soaked dry fruits, nuts,potato, rajma,jaggery, sesame,curd, paneer,pure ghee, rice etc. Always remember that without proper exercises your food will never digest, so daily exercise is mandatory.

Hi, fishes are high in essential fats like omega-3 fatty acids. This is good for your heart, lungs and overall immunity. Tuna, mackerel (bangda), salmon are suppose to be high in omega-3 fats. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gym etc. Till lockdown do suryanamaskar every day. for this homeopathy offers good results. 1.avoid screen time at least half to one hour before you sleep. 2. Drink turmeric milk at bed time it might help you. 3. Try to sleep at fix time interval. 4.head massage with a aroma oil might help you. 5. Avoid intake of coffee, tea in late evening and night. 6. Avoid intake of deep-fried food in dinner or any kind of food that cause you gastric troubles. 7. Their should be a gap of at least 2 hrs between your dinner and sleep time.

Egetable has low glycaemic index in comparison to fruits. Fruits like apple, oranges, grapefruit, pear, cherries, peaches, apricot has low glycaemic index in comparison to other fruits. Taking specifically about vegetables, the majority of vegetables has a low glycaemic index except for roots and tubers such as potato, yam, sweet potato. It's not only the glycaemic index of the food that impacts our blood glucose levels. The quantity of carbohydrates that we are consuming also has an impact on blood sugar levels.

I and my family wants to eat seeds as powder form everyday in breakfast with milk so 5g each of sunflower seeds, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds will be safe for normal persons.

Dear lybrate-user, yes no issues. Seeds can be incorporated in diet. They are source of healthy fats and micronutrients too. But I would recommend you should prefer to eat whole seeds and flaxseed can be roasted as it enhances nutrients bioavailability. If you want to consume mixture in powder form. I would suggest don't store mixture for a period of more than one week. Precaution adequate intake of fluids needed to be incorporated in diet and intake of balance diet is recommended too as per world health organization guidelines.

Hi, Milk is a complete food as it has all vitamins and minerals for growth except iron and vitamin C. Dates are a good source of iron however iron and calcium (Milk ) taken together may not get absorbed well. Date can be soaked for an hour to reduce the heat content.

It all depends on individual condition. If a person is prediabetic , diabetic , or is having cough elated issues then banana is avoided. If everything is normal then it could be taken early morning.
