Lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. TSH 3.9 mU/L, is good, with in expected limit. When on treatment with adequate dosage of Levothyroxine, TSH is maintained around 3 to 4 mU/l, at which most of the symptoms are in check. You will have to continue taking the same dosage as you are taking at present. Please do not stop the treatment. Thanks.
